Absolutely. Creating a profile in Shantiduth.com is completely FREE and no service charge is required. Create your profile and enjoy the exciting services.
-Do I need to make an account/register to search?
You can search profiles for free, but there is a limitation on how many user profiles you can view. you need to make an account or register first.
-How can I register?
To access the site properly, viewers must be needed to be registered as a member. The registration form has appeared with some fields such as First Name, Last Name, Gender, Email, mobile phone number, and password. By clicking the “register” button viewers will accept the Terms & Conditions of the site. All your personal information like Name, phone number, Email, and Address will remain hidden. Nobody will be able to see this information.
-How can I search?
You can search profiles by clicking on the “Search” item from the menu bar. Our search system is an auto-sorting system that enables you to search any profile with ease.
-How can I log in to the site?
Registered members can log in to the site with their provided Email and Password. If anyone forgets the password, there is an option to recover the Password.
-How can I upload my profile?
You need to log in with your Email and Password first, then you can upload your profile information and Pictures by filling up the profile form.
-What is the membership plan?
There are Six different membership plans for different benefits and prices. You will choose any plan according to your needs.
-Why can I not see any Name and Contact information?
You will have to purchase a membership plan to see your Name and contact information. Review all plans’ benefits, then select which plan is perfect for you. Then purchase the plan.
-How can I purchase plans?
You can purchase plans by Mastercard, Visa Card, or Bkash. You can purchase either in Bd Taka or USD. A third-party separate screen form will come when you click the pay/purchase button. Then fill up the form and follow the instructions to complete payment. You will receive a confirmation Email and Bill of Sale after completing the payment. -How can I remove my profile or cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime you want. Simply click on the button located left-hand side of your admin panel. Also, you Email customer support, and they can help you to do that.
-How can I extend my Membership plan?
You have to send an email to [email protected] informing us of your desire to extend your membership plan. We will send you detailed information on how to extend it.
-How can I complain about anything or give suggestions?
Email customer support for your complaint or if you have any suggestions or advice.
-How can I contact others through this website?
You will have to Purchase a membership plan. After you purchase a plan, you can contact others by message or E-mail. You can send interest and upload or view more pictures.
-Do I need to tell my Membership ID when contact others?
It is good to use Shantiduth’s reference when you contact others.
-How do I change my email address or password?
You can change your email address on the “edit your profile” page. Here you can change some other information including Partner preferences, address, and other preferences about your daily routines, habits, hobbies, etc.
After you’ve made your changes, click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save
-When someone emails me, where does the email go and how do I respond?
When a member sends you a Message, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. To read the messages, simply login to the site and go to your My Box, Messages. If you decide to write back, simply click “reply”, write your message, and send it away. Your note will go straight into the member’s onsite Inbox.
All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information until you feel completely ready.
Then when you are convinced, you can exchange personal phone numbers and even meet in person your responsibility.
-How do I edit my profile?
To update your profile, click “Edit Profile” in the Members Panel menu. Be sure to save your changes at the bottom of the screen when you’re done.
Try to put your best foot forward with at least one photo and snappy, detailed descriptions about your interests. The photo is key since most people feel more comfortable writing to members they can see.
-When I Cancel my membership, does it end my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime you want. Simply click on the button located on the left-hand side of your admin panel. Also, you can Email customer support and request to do any changes for you. [Note: According to terms and conditions there will be no refund. Your subscription will be valid till the time limit of your current package.]

You can communicate with your preferred profile by sending a message or chatting. To send a message or chat, you have to be a premium member.
